CSV to printable QR labels

How to create a QR code label sheet

Use one value per line or choose columns from a CSV. The tool makes one QR code per row, places every code on the physical sheet, and produces a PDF at the correct page size.

1

Add your list

Paste IDs or URLs, paste spreadsheet cells, or upload a CSV file.

2

Choose what prints

Select the QR column and optional human-readable text. Blank and duplicate values are flagged.

3

Match your paper

Choose Avery, A4, Letter, or custom sheet measurements. Partly used sheets are supported.

4

Test, then print

Check alignment on plain paper, then print the PDF at Actual size or 100%.

Supported QR label sheets

  • Avery 5160 and 8160: 30 address labels on Letter paper
  • Avery 5163 and 8163: 10 shipping labels on Letter paper
  • Avery L7160: 21 address labels on A4 paper
  • Avery L7163: 14 shipping labels on A4 paper
  • Custom rows, columns, margins, label size, and gaps

Useful for labels that need unique QR codes

  • Assets, tools, equipment, and inventory
  • Shelves, storage bins, files, and document folders
  • Samples, parcels, jobs, and production items
  • Product pages, forms, instructions, and contact links

QR label sheet questions

Can I make different QR labels from a CSV?

Yes. Choose one CSV column for the QR value and another optional column for text printed under the code.

Does Darkaa upload my label values?

No. Your rows and PDF stay in your browser. Anonymous usage measurements record steps such as “rows loaded” and “PDF downloaded,” never the row contents.

Can I print on a partly used label sheet?

Yes. Select the first unused label on the sheet map. The preview marks skipped positions and shows the fill order.

Why should I print a test page first?

PDF viewers often default to Fit to page, which changes the label positions. A plain-paper test catches scaling, orientation, and small printer offsets before you use label stock.
